Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure all accessories, manuals, and any included items are returned as well.
Return Process

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order separately. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Shipping Costs
